Ticket Booking:

All ticket(s) booked through Fly Fest Travel are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Upfront Deposits:

All upfront deposits made are non-refundable.

Balance Payment:

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the outstanding balance payment is made by the due date. Failure to do so may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of upfront deposit monies paid to Fly Fest Travel. Please keep us updated on any payments made.

Cancellations / Refunds:

Subject to airline company guidelines, refunds are processed within 7-8 business weeks, less our administration charge. No refunds will be paid until received from the airline/supplier.

Changes / Amendments:

Subject to fare restrictions and seat availability at the time of amendment.

Ticket Issuance:

Quotes are subject to availability until ticket(s) are issued, usually within 48-72 hours of full payment. For urgent travel, tickets are issued within 12-24 hours. Contact us if tickets are not received within these timeframes.

E-Tickets:

No paper tickets will be issued as airlines prefer e-tickets.

Booking Confirmation:

Re-confirm your booking with the travel agency/airline 72 hours before the flight departure.

Check-in:

Check-in at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.

Travel Documents:

Ensure all travel documents are correct, including e-ticket, passport, visa, and travel insurance.

Boarding Denial:

We accept no liability if you are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect documents.

Passport Validity:

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

ESTA Visa (USA):

Passengers traveling to the USA must apply for an ESTA Visa through the U.S. Government website.

Travel Insurance:

Purchase a separate travel insurance policy; claims are subject to the insurance company’s guidelines.

Credit Card Surcharge:

B2B transactions on credit cards attract a 2% surcharge. Debit card transactions are surcharge-free.

Acceptance of Terms:

By not responding within 24 hours, you confirm acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Umrah Processing Fee:

Passengers who performed Umrah in 1438H pay SAR2000 additional fees.

Visa Application Liability:

We are not liable for visa-related issues unless caused by our error. Refunds are processed within 14 days for rejected applications.

Umrah Package:

Once booked and confirmed, Umrah packages are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Hotel Adjustments:

Alternate hotels may be offered, with any rate difference charged accordingly.

Children Accommodation:

Two children below 6 years can stay free with a parent but breakfast charges apply.

Departure/Arrival Adjustments:

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to availability constraints.

Subject to Availability:

Rooms, rates, and airfares are subject to availability, which may change at the time of booking.

Supplier Changes:

Fly Fest Travel holds no responsibility if suppliers change your hotel after confirmation.

Compliance:

Passengers must comply with any new laws or rules implemented by the Saudi Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.

Accommodation Issues:

Hotel-related matters are to be addressed directly with the hotel.

Levies or Taxes:

Any new levies or taxes imposed by the Saudi Government are applicable.

Quotation Validity:

A quotation is only valid upon receipt of a deposit or full payment unless otherwise specified.
